Ah, if only the lefties could have looked a little further back in time, to when the Deep Magic was written into the constitution....They would have seen that the President has the power to monitor communications of the Enemy in wartime, and the Stone FISA would crack, and prosecution itself wo9uld start working backwards! (going after the leaker rather than the President!)
