Don't mention 9/11, it gives us hives...
NY Post, July 31, 2004 -- BOSTON — Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton warned President Bush against evoking too many 9/11 images in his re-election campaign and the GOP convention in New York or Americans would reject him as an "exploiter."...Warned off! Ha ha. You better believe she don't want him to talk about it. It's the "Clinton Legacy:" the world's biggest smoking pile of rubble. "Warned," forsooth!
And Roosevelt shouldn't talk about Pearl Harbor, and McKinley should just shut up about the Maine.

You have to wonder how Hillary! [Rodham] [Clinton] manages to tote that oversized ego around, when she has so much other baggage to carry already.
The Democratic Party will eventually see the Clinton years as the worst wound it has ever inflicted on itself -- maybe the worst any political party has ever inflicted on itself. Those two won't cease to try to dominate the party until they're both dead and buried -- and even then, the Dems might want to leave guards at their gravesites, just to be sure.
